Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No return required.

Change of Mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
